The Bromantic Comedies by Erin Mallon

Thank you to Erin Mallon and Social Butterfly PR for sending me an advance copy of this audio to review! This is my first time reviewing audio plays, so this was an interesting format to review!  Below is my honest review, which you can also find on my Goodreads profile.  I also posted a snippet of this review on my Instagram - I'm @bookworminkayla on there so be sure to check it out! These audio plays do live up to the title; in The Bromantic Comedies, listeners get guys hanging out, chatting, making fun of each other, or getting into some deep topics, and each chapter is both bromantic and comedic! In addition, it hits the “masculine” nail in the head. Lots of profanity, jokes about genitalia, and innuendos - exactly how I imagine entirely male conversations to go. The narrators are fantastic, pulling off funny and serious in varying stories. I think my favorite is Baby Fight Club. When they listed off the reasons for the fight club, I laughed out loud. The Sweetest Fix by Tessa Bailey - Promo and Review

Thank you to Tessa Bailey and Social Butterfly PR for sending me an ARC of this book to read and review! Below is my honest review, which as always you can also find on my Goodreads profile here : From the moment Reese and Leo met, I fell in love. Tessa Bailey’s writing transfers the reader right into the story and I was swept away as the two main characters connected. A dancer, a baker, some truly delicious desserts, and the stage is set. Thankfully, with the help

Gimme S'more by Erin Nicholas - Promo and Review

Thank you so much to Social Butterfly PR and Erin Nicholas for sending me a copy of this book to read and review! Below is my honest review, which you can also find on my Goodreads profile: More than friends-to-lovers, this is the story of two people getting a whole new perspective on each other and really liking what they see. With enough talk of s’mores to make me hungry and a whole game world that I really want to play, this book kept me hooked at all times. The friendship between the two characters is already so dependent that I wanted to hit Ollie over the head more than once so he would finally get with the program and be at Piper’s level. I love that they grow together and discover sides they didn’t know existed, even after many years of knowing each other. And the romance between them is most definitely sweet and delicious.  While this is my first time reading Erin Nicholas and the only Hot Cakes book I've read so far, I am already planning to get my hands on the rest of
