The House of Hades by Rick Riordan

Leo, Hazel, Jason, Piper, Frank, and Nico are sailing the Argo II, trying to reach the Doors of Death in Epirus, Greece.  Meanwhile, Percy and Annabeth are struggling through Tartarus, trying to get to the Doors of Death on their side.
The crew on the Argo II have many challenges to face, new enemies and old.  Hazel runs into the goddess Hecate, but Hecate might be fighting for Gaea.  Nico and Jason face Cupid, leaving one of Nico's biggest secrets in the open.  Frank takes a step in the direction of his father, changing him for the better or worse.  Leo, Jason, and Piper face an old enemy, which leads to Leo facing a harder challenge than he ever imagined.
Camp Jupiter is ready for war against Camp Half-Blood, and the seven can't do anything to stop it without sending someone back to the camp.  Old friends make an appearance, including Rachel Elizabeth Dare and the love-able Grover Underwood.  Octavian and Reyna also are back, and Octavian is an annoying as ever.
Down in Tartarus, Percy and Annabeth have endured curses, the Death Mist, and even found an old friend.  Through it all they stayed together, but so many things are trying to stop them from reaching their destination.  Can these eight demigods save what matters most in the end?

Hello!  Sorry it's late, and also short!  It's actually very hard to summarize this book, because almost everything is a huge spoiler.  So you'll just have to read it yourself I guess!  :)  There are so many plot twists and surprises and the entire time I was reading the book it was constant: "What?  WHAT?  Awww.  CLEO!  WHAT?  Come on please don't no, come on!!  What?  What?  BOB!!  Why is it over?  It can't be over.  Nooooo!!"  With more "What?"s and also several laughs or sighs.  Anyway, I LOVED the book, and you definitely will like it too!  Unless you don't like the Percy Jackson and Heroes of Olympus series, in which case your taste in books is probably a little (a lot) different from mine.  Enjoy the book!  I will see you on Saturday!
